Access for Medicaid (Apple Health) Patients
While Team Rally Sports Physical Therapy is not enrolled with Medicaid and cannot bill for covered medical physical therapy services at this time, we remain committed to supporting all athletes in our community.
Medicaid beneficiaries are welcome to participate in non-covered performance and wellness programs, including return-to-sport coaching, recovery sessions, injury prevention, and performance testing once you are no longer in formal physical therapy. These services are paid privately, and we offer a pay-what-you-can option to help make participation more accessible. Please contact us to discuss what is affordable for you — we are happy to work with your budget.
For individuals seeking formal physical therapy care covered by Medicaid, we recommend the Vancouver Clinic, particularly the providers at the Salmon Creek 2 location, Rance Staley at the Tech Center Location, and Alex Hughes at The Mill Location.
