Built From Sport.
Driven By Performance.
I’ve spent my life around sport: first as an athlete, now as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. That experience shapes everything I do, from clear communication to honest expectations, leading to rehab that actually prepares you for sport.
From Young Athlete
To Clinician
My first exposure to performance and injury came early as a competitive athlete. I learned quickly how frustrating it is to be told you’re “fine” without real answers.
That experience is what pushed me into sports physical therapy. I wanted to provide a higher standard of care to athletes and help to change how athletes are guided through recovery.
Training Through
Real Sport Demands
My own training and sport experiences shaped how I now approach rehab: performance first, not passive recovery.
Understanding
Movement Under Load
Exposure to different sports and training environments taught me how the body adapts under real stress — not just controlled clinic environments.
Strength Beyond
Traditional Rehab
Training and movement exposure like climbing helped shape my understanding of strength, control, and resilience under complex demands.
