Jump & Mobility Testing
Comprehensive analysis of movement quality, power output, and control during athletic motions.
- Countermovement Jump — assesses jump height, power, and landing control.
- Mobility Screen — evaluates movement quality and key range-of-motion patterns.
Complimentary session focuses on general wellness and performance metrics; no medical diagnosis or treatment is provided. Participants should be medically cleared prior to participation.
